I am a Solutions Consulting Manager for Aruba, an HPE Company and spend most of my time architecting network/security solutions for various companies across almost every vertical imaginable. I have spent time as a Sr Systems Engineer & Wireless SME for a VAR based near Atlanta, GA and working in some of the most amazing places across the globe such as Australia, Europe, Africa, and here at home as a global FSE for the former Meru Networks (now part of Fortinet) and . Across those continents, I enjoyed the privilege of installing & troubleshooting WLANs in places such as Major League Baseball stadiums, cruise liners, hospitals, and universities just to name a few.
My goal in creating this podcast was for it to serve as a platform to present my ideas and viewpoints on all things tech, while mainly focusing on WiFi. I hope that you enjoy listening to the podcast, and bare with us while we get our bearings about us since this is a first endeavor into the realm of podcasting. Shout out to Lesley for allowing me the time to put efforts into this podcast, and I also want to thank Tauni for joining me to help provide humor and direction amongst my endless ramblings.

I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the wireless community for the last 8 years. I have worked for a Wireless Ecosystem Manufacturer focusing on Antennas, Enclosures, Cable and Power Systems, and currently working for Ekahau as Director of Product Marketing and Training. Over the past 8 years, I have absolutely fallen in love with the technology! I take advantage of every opportunity to learn. At times it can be overwhelming, but I have been fortunate to have some great mentors, who have helped me focus. I have a tendency to be all over the place!
Those mentors have encouraged me to use the knowledge I have gained to pursue my CWNE. I have conquered the CWNA, CWSP and am now on to my CWAP. I am excited to share what I have learned and take you on this journey with me!

I work for a large VAR here in the states and I’m passionate about all things wireless. Having grown up in Southern California being exposed to some of the earliest ORiNOCO and Prism/2 Wi-Fi solutions, through the adoption of the Intel Centrino transition. After relocating to Northern Wisconsin, I picked up Wi-Fi technologies again and have been living there ever since! I am CCIE #40269 (Wireless) as well as CWNE #101 and I do a number of things in and for the community as part of the WLAN Association, and for the Wi-Fi Pros slack group to name a few.
I’ve been a regular consumer of The Contention Window podcast and look forward to being a content contributor that someone somewhere gets some value out of!
